Connect Service Terms

Last updated 26 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to Connect SIM cards and the mobile data service supplied with them by Process Link Pty Ltd (ABN 37 658 911 043) (“we”, “us”, “our”). “You” means the organisation that orders the SIMs, and includes its users.

If you have a signed agreement or an accepted quote with us, and it conflicts with these terms, that agreement or quote applies. Using the Connect management portal is also covered by the Process Link Software Terms.

2. Orders

An order placed on this website, or a quote you accept, is a request to buy. We review every order, and the contract starts when we confirm your order in writing. We may decline an order, in which case nothing is charged. Orders of 50 or more SIMs are quoted.

3. The service

Connect provides mobile data in Australia on 4G, 5G and LTE-M, through our network supplier. Coverage and performance depend on location, terrain, vegetation, building density and the device, so we don't guarantee coverage at a particular site. We can check a site before you order.

We don't guarantee that a particular device will work with the service. Connect SIMs work in Australia only.

4. Plans, pooling and excess

  • Plans, allowances and prices are as published on the Plans page when you order, or as quoted.
  • Every SIM on the same plan draws from one shared data pool. The pool is the plan's allowance multiplied by the number of active SIMs on that plan.
  • Data used beyond the pool in a month is charged per megabyte at the plan's excess rate.
  • Volume discounts apply automatically at the published tiers, based on the number of active SIMs on a plan.

5. Billing and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance, per active SIM. Excess is billed in arrears.
  • A SIM starts billing when it first carries traffic, or 6 months after we supply it, whichever comes first.
  • SIM cards are a one-off charge on the first invoice.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added to the invoice.
  • Invoices are payable within the time stated on the invoice. If an invoice is overdue, we may suspend the service after giving you written notice.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Use Connect SIMs only in lawful ways, in your own equipment.
  • Don't resell or supply the SIMs or the service to others without our written agreement.
  • Don't use the service to send spam, attack other systems, or interfere with the network.
  • Keep SIMs secure, and tell us promptly if one is lost or stolen so we can suspend it. You are responsible for its usage until you tell us.

7. Suspending and retiring SIMs

You can suspend or retire a SIM in the Connect management portal or by asking us. A suspended SIM stays in your inventory and can be reactivated. A retired SIM is permanently deactivated and can't be reused.

We may suspend a SIM immediately if it is needed to protect the network, other customers or you, or if we reasonably suspect unlawful use, and we will tell you why.

8. Ending the service

  • Plans run month to month. Either of us can end the service for some or all of your SIMs with 30 days' written notice, unless a minimum term was agreed in your quote or agreement.
  • Either of us can end it straight away if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of written notice.
  • Charges up to the end date, including excess, remain payable.

9. Not a safety system

Mobile connections can drop or be delayed. Don't rely on the service as the only way of protecting people, equipment or product.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production or data. Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts paid or payable for the service in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to your obligation to pay for the service.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change that materially affects you. If you don't agree to the change, you can end the service before it takes effect.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and each of us submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
