Billing
How billing works
- Billing starts on first use
- A SIM starts billing when it first carries traffic. Unused SIMs can wait up to 6 months before billing begins.
- One pool per plan
- Every SIM on the same plan draws from one shared allowance. Ten Connect 100 SIMs share a 1 GB pool.
- Excess
- Data used beyond the pool is charged per MB at the plan's excess rate, ex GST. The SIMs stay connected.
- Volume discounts
- 5% off from 50 active SIMs on a plan and 8% off from 250, applied automatically. Fleets of 1,000 or more are quoted.
- Invoicing
- Invoiced monthly in advance, in Australian dollars. The first invoice also covers the SIM hardware. GST is added once, to the invoice total.
- Suspending and retiring
- Suspended SIMs stay in your inventory and can be reactivated. Retiring a SIM is permanent.

What people ask before ordering
How does the shared data pool work?
Every SIM on the same plan draws from one pool. Ten Connect 100 SIMs share 1 GB between them, rather than having 100 MB each.
What happens if we go over the pool?
The SIMs stay connected. Data beyond the pool is charged per megabyte at the plan's excess rate, from 50c on Connect 10 to 3c on Connect 1G, ex GST.
Are your prices GST inclusive?
Prices are shown ex GST by default. The toggle next to each price list switches to inc GST.
How does the volume pricing work?
Discounts are based on the number of active SIMs on a plan and apply automatically: 5% off from 50 SIMs and 8% off from 250. For 1,000 or more, we'll quote a price for your fleet.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Plans run month to month and there is no setup fee. The SIM management portal is included in the plan price.
What if we order spares and don't use them?
Nothing. Billing starts when a SIM first carries traffic, and unused SIMs can wait up to 6 months before billing begins.
