Why Process Link sells SIMs
Process Link programs PLC and SCADA systems, builds and commissions control panels, and writes software for plant operations. The work covers dairy processing, manufacturing and materials handling.
A lot of those systems end up needing a mobile connection: a pump station, a remote RTU, a gateway sending data back to a historian. Getting SIMs for them meant separate plans for every device, usage we couldn't see, and bills that didn't break down by site.
So we built Connect: industrial SIMs with pooled data, managed from the same portal as the rest of Process Link, priced in AUD and supported from Australia.
Who you deal with
Australian owned and run
Process Link is a small Australian company. Support is on Australian time, invoices are in AUD, and you deal directly with the people who run the service.
Built by people who work on sites
Tom started as an electrician, moved into PLC and SCADA programming, then into industrial software. More than 15 years of commissioning plants informs how Connect works.
Sits alongside the rest of Process Link
Connect works on its own. Customers who also use Process Link's plant software can assign SIMs to the same sites as their equipment.
Part of Process Link
Connect is one of the services on the Process Link platform. Organisations already on Process Link use the same sign in, and can assign SIMs to the sites and assets they have set up.
